Beta Build Uploaded and Ready for Download

Alright guys, with another Milestone, yet comes another updated build. I promise this one works this time! The site I used for the last link didn't like me linking directly to the file. Anyway, here is the link:

Some Assembly Required - Beta Build

Here is a list of a few things we added/modified to make gameplay a little easier/more fun. This as well as a few known bugs that we are in the process of fixing. So, if you like breaking fun games... which you shouldn't you can do these things.

Goal of the Game
* Place contraptions to safely Navigate Noah to the Teddy Bear(goal) so he can be safely removed from the construction site.

Controls
Menus -
* Up Arrow = Change highlighted Option (up)
* Down Arrow = Change highlighted Option (down)
* Mouse movement = Highlight Option
* Left click = Select Option

Options Menu -
* Left Arrow = Decrease Resolution/Move Slider of selected option Left
* Right Arrow = Increase Resolution/Move Slider of selected option Right
* Mouse Left Click and drag "EndCap" on Slider = Change value of selected option.

Game -
* 'Esc' = Bring up Pause menu
* 'O' = Zoom camera in
* 'L' = Zoom camera out
* Mouse left Click = Select Object/Deselect selected Object/Place Object
* Mouse right Click = Remove selected object/Cancel placement of an object
* 'F12' = Take a screenshot
* With Magnet selected
---- Mouse movement = Moves Magnet Left/Right
---- Mouse left Click = Deselect magnet

HUD -
* Mouse left Click on a button = Begin placement of the selected object
* Mouse left Click on the Dynamite = Remove selected Object

Known Issues -
* Camera zoom doesn't work unless 'Z' is held down.
* When Baby is in Poopchute state, Baby rotation around corners is wrong.
* Score Value of contraptions are not visible to the player
* Collision checks for stacking are preventing placing objects underneath others
* Sometimes textures don't apply to objects on planes that you aren't on
* Dynamite HUD button plays sound constantly

Sorry About That...

I have been hearing from some people that they are unable to play our game from the download and I have been hearing also that they were able to. I am looking into this problem asap, I am sorry for the troubles it may have caused you but I guarantee that I will have it fixed by our final version of the game. I apologize again and I will try to get a working version/newer version up here before the end of the month.

Special Thanks,

Alpha Build Uploaded And Ready For Download!

Awesome, we finally found a place we can store our game free so that the people may download it. Anyway, I just posted our Alpha Turn-In version and can be downloaded here:

Some Assembly Required - Alpha Build

I'd like to say that we have made leaps and bounds from this builds progression and I can't wait to see what the next few weeks before beta have in store for the Wall of Justice crew. Back to work for me, enjoy the game and please send feedback to wallofjustice@gmail.com. Your feedback is valuable to us and don't forget that you too can be a part of the Wall of Justice production of Some Assembly Required. Take a look at the Creating a Some Assembly Required Level!!!! post.
